If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund, including original shipping costs up to UPS ground rates. You simply pay to return the merchandise to us by using your favorite carrier, and we will handle the rest.
You can return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be in new condition and in the original box/packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
RETURNS
Here’s what you do: Place your sandals in the original box or packaging with the original shipping invoice. If you have lost the original shipping invoice, simply write us a note saying you would like to return your sandals. Please include your address, the item being returned, and your order number. Finally, wait for the man in the brown shorts to show up at your door. We will refund the original purchase price and original shipping costs to your credit card upon receipt of your sandals.
